Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchase Please keep in mind that flowers are naturally unique, so slight variations in shape, size, or colour may occur — this is part of what makes each arrangement special.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand that sometimes plans change! While we do our best to accommodate cancellations, please note that due to the volume of orders we receive, we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they’ve been processed.

If you’d like to request a cancellation, please email us at info@theeternalbouquet.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been prepared or dispatched, we may be able to offer you a store credit equal to the value of your order.

Please take a moment to double-check your order details — especially the delivery address and recipient’s phone number — before placing your order.

While we’ll always do our best to help, please note that we cannot guarantee all cancellations can be processed, and we don’t offer refunds for cancelled orders — only store credits.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@theeternalbouquet.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and clear photos of the damage along with a brief description of what happened. Our team will review your case and work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

 

Dispatch Error Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, we’ll cover all return shipping costs. The incorrect item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the replacement using the prepaid return label provided.
