Our Everlasting Roses are freshly harvested Ecuadorian roses which are preserved in a proprietary non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, non-corrosive, non hazardous and non-allergenic formula which does not pose any risk to the environment or human health. Our Everlasting Roses are subsequently dyed in a selection of vibrant colours.

All our everlasting flowers require minimal maintenance. Please take note of the following to ensure that your flowers stay beautiful for as long as possible:

• Do not water your preserved flowers
• Ensure that your flowers are kept away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity and strong air conditioning vents/fans
• Do not remove your flowers from their base or box.
• Gently remove any accumulated dust from your flowers with a soft brush if needed.

The Eternal Bouquet offers free shipping on all orders Australia wide. 

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse based in Sydney. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged well to ensure they arrive to your destination safely. We place the greatest importance to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their order, and for even greater peace of mind all orders are insured.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Absolutely! You can choose to have your order delivered on a specific date in the future. You will be able to select your exact date once you reach the  checkout page.

*Please note that the delivery date will be the date when your order is dispatched.

This service is currently  offered for deliveries in the Sydney metropolitan area. Please select the Saturday Sydney Metro Delivery option upon checkout if you would like your flowers delivered on the Saturday.

We sure do! We recommend that you place an order on our website in advance to ensure that your order arrives in time for you special day.  To do this, simply locate the calendar on our add to cart page, once you've chosen your item/s, and select a future date you would like us to dispatch your order.  You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been dispatched. 

Please contact us for any last minute or urgent delivery requests, we will try our best to accommodate and make it happen!

Yes, the Enchanted Rose Domes & Eternal Sunflower Domes both feature real roses & sunflowers that last over a year

Yes, all our Enchanted Rose & Sunflower Domes come with a standard gold plaque with "THE ETERNAL BOUQUET" branded on it. You do not need to select the 'Engraved Gold Plaque' option to receive this. 
We also offer customised gold plaques with specific messages on them such as "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY" & "HAPPY BIRTHDAY", these can be selected on the product page via the drop down menu and come at an extra cost.

Unfortunately, the glass covers are not sold individually.

Absolutely! You can choose to personalise your Enchanted Rose Dome by either selecting 'Glass Dome Personalisation' or 'Engraved Gold Plaque' options on the respective product pages. 
Glass Dome Personalisation: The glass dome cover will be personalised with a name or special message of your choosing.
Engraved Gold Plaque: choose from a selection of gold plaques with specific messages on them such as "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" & "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY".

Unfortunately no. Our everlasting roses & sunflowers are designed to stay on the base. Please do not remove the flower from the base as this will damage them.

Of course! We can personalise any arrangement to match your vision. Examples include personalising the letters, symbols, patterns or simply combining your favourite colours from our extensive palette. Reach out to the info@theeternalbouquet.com if you would like to create a unique personalised floral arrangement. 

Refunds or exchanges are not available due to changes of mind. Please note that each rose may vary in size, shape or appearance and the rose pigment may vary throughout the day under different lighting conditions.

Refunds or exchanges may be available under certain circumstances for damaged products. Please send your order #, full name and some photos with a description of what happened so that our team can assist. Please contact us at info@theeternalbouquet.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.

All approved refunds for damaged or defective goods will be issued via the original method of payment.
