THE ETERNAL BOUQUET | $500 GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by The Eternal Bouquet Australia Pty Ltd ("Promoter", "we", "us" or "our"), an Australian-based online retailer operating at www.theeternalbouquet.com.au.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of The Eternal Bouquet, their immediate family members and individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must provide accurate and complete information.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's identity, age and country of residence before awarding the prize.

3. Promotional Period

The giveaway commences on 28/10/26 and closes at 1:00pm AEDT on 4/11/26.

Entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free, with no purchase necessary.

Eligible participants may receive up to four (4) entries by completing the following actions during the promotional period:

Entry 1 — Email (1 Entry)

Submit a valid email address through the official giveaway form at https://www.theeternalbouquet.com.au/pages/enter-to-win.

Entry 2 — Mobile Number (1 Entry)

Provide a valid Australian or New Zealand mobile number through the official giveaway form.

Entry 3 — Instagram Follow (1 Entry)

Follow The Eternal Bouquet's official Instagram account, @theeternalbouquetau.

Entry 4 — Instagram Like & Tag (1 Entry)

Like the official giveaway announcement post and tag at least one person in the comments.

Both actions must be completed to qualify for this entry.

Additional Entry Conditions

  • A maximum of four (4) entries per person is permitted.
  • Each qualifying action earns one entry only.
  • Multiple comments, additional tags, repeated submissions or multiple accounts will not earn additional entries.
  • Entrants are not required to complete all four actions to participate.
  • Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
  • Entrants may be required to verify their email address, mobile number or Instagram participation.
  • Fraudulent, duplicate or unverifiable entries may be disqualified.
  • No purchase or payment is required to enter.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive AUD $500 in The Eternal Bouquet store credit, redeemable exclusively at www.theeternalbouquet.com.au.

The following conditions apply:

  • The store credit may be used towards products available on The Eternal Bouquet's website, subject to availability.
  • The store credit cannot be combined with discount codes, promotional coupons or other promotional offers.
  • The store credit is not redeemable for cash.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or resold.
  • The store credit may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted, subject to the applicable credit conditions.
  • Any amount exceeding the available store credit must be paid by the winner.
  • Shipping and delivery charges may be deducted from the store credit where supported at checkout. Any remaining delivery charges are payable by the winner.
  • The prize is valued at AUD $500. For New Zealand residents, the equivalent purchasing value in NZD may vary according to the exchange rate applied at checkout.

The total prize pool is AUD $500.

6. Prize Validity

The store credit will be issued electronically to the winner via email.

The credit will be valid for 36 months from the date of issue, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Any unused balance remaining after the applicable expiry date will be forfeited, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
  • The draw will take place on 4/11/26 at The Eternal Bouquet's business premises in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
  • Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
  • The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • The winner may also be announced on The Eternal Bouquet's official Instagram account.
  • The winner must provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and receive the prize.
  • The Promoter's decision regarding the validity of entries will be final, subject to applicable laws.

8. Unclaimed Prize

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the contact information provided.

If the prize remains unclaimed three (3) months after the original draw, a replacement winner may be selected through a further random draw, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

The replacement winner will be notified using the same procedure outlined above.

9. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Where entrants consent to receive email or SMS marketing through the giveaway form, The Eternal Bouquet may send promotional communications, product updates and special offers in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Providing a mobile number is optional and qualifies the entrant for one additional giveaway entry.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Eternal Bouquet's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian and New Zealand privacy laws.

10. Fraudulent or Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

  • Contain false, misleading or incomplete information.
  • Are submitted using automated systems, bots or fraudulent accounts.
  • Attempt to manipulate the entry process.
  • Exceed the maximum permitted number of entries.
  • Otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may request reasonable verification of eligibility or entry completion before awarding the prize.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to The Eternal Bouquet and not to Instagram.

Entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms and community guidelines.

The Promoter will never request payment or credit card information from the winner to claim the prize.

12. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and enforce these Terms & Conditions fairly.
  • If the giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for fraudulent third-party accounts impersonating The Eternal Bouquet.
  • The prize is subject to product availability and the standard purchasing and delivery conditions of The Eternal Bouquet.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Any changes to the promotion will be communicated where required by law.

By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
